  • If this is the first time ordering, please review the instructions in our “How to Order” section.
  1. Enter your contact information on the Order Form: name, address, telephone and fax or email are required.
  2. Today’s date (Date ordered).
  3. Preferred delivery date (Note: In-stock colours require 1-2 weeks production time, non-stock items may take longer. Please call for confirmation date).
  4. Enter all necessary measurements and notes.

    Payment terms:
  • Payment in full required for orders less than $500.
  • 50% deposit required for orders greater than $500.
  • Final payment required upon pickup of order.
  • Orders by email must provide a credit card number.      (Visa or Mastercard)
